Practicing Presence  offers you a safe and nurturing environment of support that will empower you to heal and transform your relationships with yourself and others.

Practicing Presence utilizes several healing modalities to support you in your journey of transformation. The Healing Modalities include; Breathwork, Expressive Arts, Somatic Practices, Mindfulness and Meditation, Non Violent Communication, Grief Awareness, Mentoring, Conflict Resolution and Body Image Processes.
